All Chat Naturally programmes use techniques to boost your confidence in your English accent and intelligibility.
However, it might feel like there something stopping you from improving your spoken English. It might be a voice in your head or the memory of something.
If that is the case, confidence coaching can help you to identify and get past your blocks, so that you can stop feeling stuck and start moving towards the person you want to be.
Coaching is not the same as counselling. We won’t dwell on or deeply analyse what is blocking you. The aim is to help you recognise what is happening in your brain and how to deal with it so you can be a confident English speaker.
