When you engage with Chat Naturally’s social media accounts, personal information may be obtained through your use of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, depending on your settings or the privacy notices of these social media and messaging services. When you visit the Chat Naturally website or social media pages

When you visit the Chat Naturally website, general information is gathered about how you use it, as well as information about the type of device you are using to access them (e.g. phone, tablet, PC). This data helps to create a better online experience for you; for example, make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for or fix elements that make the website difficult to use.

Relevant personal information is collected via the website contact form or provided by you via email or other means. This may include (but isn’t limited to) your name, native language/accent, and contact details.

When purchasing a service from the website (such as an accent analysis or coaching sessions), personal information, payment and transaction data will be collected and sent to a third party payment provider. After a transaction, your payment information will not be stored on our servers.

During sessions, audio recordings may be made of you speaking. You may provide personal information during these recordings, however these recordings will never be given or sold to any third-party without your consent.

If you tick a box agreeing to receive updates about programmes and pronunciation resources, your email address, name and native language will be collected and sent to SendInBlue.com.  This is a third-party email marketing service provider that securely stores data and allows Chat Naturally to send campaigns to different lists of contacts. These emails may technology to track subscriber activity, such as whether a contact has opened an email and clicked on any links. This information helps to keep the emails you receive from Chat Naturally as relevant and useful to you as possible.

Personal information is used to provide support for services you have requested and to process orders, payment transactions and arrange appointments for products or services, such as coaching sessions.

Personal information is also used for administrative purposes (such as accounting) or to inform you of any updates/changes to services or policies.

If you explicitly consent to opt-in to the mailing list, then personal information will be used to contact you.

Any email marketing messages sent are in accordance with GDPR and you can unsubscribe at any time. Instructions about how to do this are at the bottom of our emails.
